Overview

GlorpMath respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We host games with permission from their developers or under applicable licenses. If you believe that content on GlorpMath infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send an email to dmca@glorpmath.com with the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL or location on GlorpMath where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include a description of the removed material, the URL where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. Send counter-notifications to dmca@glorpmath.com.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
