Frequently Asked Questions

What is Run 3 and who made it?

Run 3 is a 3D space-tunnel infinite-runner platformer made by Joseph Cloutier (Player_03), released on Kongregate in 2014. It is the third and most-played game in his Run series, with 300+ hand-crafted levels in Explore Mode and an endless Infinite Mode. The game originally ran on Flash; the modern version is built in OpenFL/Haxe and runs natively in any browser.

How is Run 3 different from Run 1 and Run 2?

Run 1 was a single-character single-mode 2D-feeling endless runner. Run 2 added more level variety and a few characters. Run 3 added: (1) a 300+ level Explore Mode arranged on a branching star map, (2) five distinct characters with different abilities, (3) a much more polished gravity-rotation mechanic, and (4) Infinite Mode as a separate side activity. Most players consider Run 3 the definitive entry.

How does the gravity-rotation mechanic work?

The level is a tube — you run along the inside. When you jump onto a wall or ceiling, that surface becomes your new floor and the tube rotates underneath you. This means every level can be solved from multiple orientations, and reading which surface to commit to is the core skill of the game. A hole in the floor is often easily avoided by running along the wall.

Can I play Run 3 on a school Chromebook?

Yes. The OpenFL/HaxeJS build runs in any modern browser with no plugins or downloads. GlorpMath serves it unblocked over HTTPS so it works on locked-down Chromebooks, school laptops, and most managed networks. If your school blocks the main domain, use the Access Links page for backup mirrors.

How can I play Run 3 for free?

You can play Run 3 for free right here on GlorpMath. No downloads, sign-ups, or payments required. Just click play and start having fun instantly!

Does Run 3 work on school Chromebooks?

Yes! Run 3 runs directly in your browser and works great on Chromebooks, laptops, tablets, and phones. No installation needed.

Is Run 3 unblocked?

GlorpMath hosts Run 3 directly on our servers, making it accessible from most school and work networks. Just visit GlorpMath and start playing!
